No matter who you are or what you are experiencing, there may be times when life, emotions or relationships feel messy and overwhelming. You may know that something needs to change without knowing where to begin. I offer warm, person-centred counselling for individuals and relationships, providing a calm and non-judgmental space to understand what is happening and find a way forward.

Meet Katie

My name is Katie, and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor based in the West Midlands. I offer online counselling and in-person sessions in Wolverhampton city centre.

My style is warm, collaborative and non-directive, giving you space to speak openly, feel heard and explore what is important to you. Alongside my individual work, I am completing additional specialist training in relationship counselling.

My approach

When working with individuals, our sessions focus on your experiences, emotions and needs. You will have space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and consider what you need moving forward.

When working with couples, I view the relationship itself as the focus of therapy. I aim to provide a balanced space where both partners feel heard and recurring patterns can be explored without assigning blame or taking sides.

Arrange a free introductory call

I offer a free 30-minute introductory call by telephone or online, with no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.
